Empowering Young Minds: Advancing Early Childhood Development with Executive Function and Cutting-Edge Teacher Strategies

Fueling Brains, in collaboration with the Arch Ford Educational Cooperative will present a comprehensive model that integrates neuroscience-based strategies into daily classroom practice, aligning with developmentally appropriate standards and kindergarten readiness goals. Participants will hear directly from progressive leaders in early childhood implementing the Fueling Brains program —sharing authentic examples, coaching structures, and measurable student outcomes. This session will also feature compelling findings from a study involving over 1,000 preschool students in high-minority, economically disadvantaged communities, demonstrating how executive function–focused instruction significantly improves school readiness, early literacy, and prosocial behavior. Attendees will leave with actionable tools and a deeper understanding of how to build scalable, equity-driven systems that prepare children not only for school, but for life.
