Infant and Toddler Development: Magda Gerber’s Educaring Approach

This session will explore Magda Gerber’s Educaring Approach and how it is connected to research on infant and toddler development. The session will focus on observation techniques for supporting individual children in the classroom as well as on developmentally-appropriate experiences that support infant and toddler gross motor development, fine motor development, social and emotional development, play, and learning environments. While this session is geared toward infant and toddler classroom teachers, all are welcome to learn more about the Educaring Approach.
