This session introduces Bras for Girls, and our ready-to-use sports bra education curriculum that helps PE and health educators support adolescent girls’ comfort, confidence, and continued participation in physical activity. Attendees will learn how easily sports bra literacy can be integrated into existing standards-based instruction—and how this small addition can have a major impact on equity, engagement, and long-term health outcomes for girls.
