Friday 20 March 2026·8:00 am
Stress doesn’t always arrive on a schedule - it often shows up in the middle of meetings, emails or everyday interactions. This interactive session will equip participants with practical strategies to recognize and manage stress as it arises throughout the school day. Drawing on evidence-based approaches from mindfulness and cognitive reframing to quick physical resets, attendees will learn simple techniques that can be used in the moment to reduce stress. Participants will leave with a toolkit of easy-to-apply practices designed to increase resilience and restore balance in real time.
