Dealing with Volatile Situations

Teachers have hundreds of interactions with parents, students and colleagues every day. Sometimes, those interactions involve conflict in dynamic and delicate circumstances. This session will explore common types of conflict, causes of conflict, legal rights and obligations of individuals in school-related conflict, and strategies for managing and resolving conflict effectively.
