The 2026 University of Lethbridge High School Honour Band

The 2026 University of Lethbridge High School Honour Band is comprised of students from Grade 10-12 who have been nominated by their band teachers for their exceptional dedication and skills in their band classes. These students come from all across South Western Alberta and get together for three days of intensive rehearsal, culminating in a final concert, which takes place Friday, 20 February, at 2:30pm in the University Theatre. The program the students will be playing is a diverse mixture of music, mainly by Canadian composers and chosen specifically for this 2026 Honour Band by our guest conductor, Adam Mailman, band teacher from Central Memorial High School in Calgary. All are invited to watch these exceptional young musicians present their hard work!
