Beyond Onboarding: A Year of Care (001)

Our ed tech team has developed a robust onboarding experience for new hires to the district, starting them off on a positive note before they ever enter their classroom. However, the teacher shortage has led to creative staffing solutions. So the ed tech team now welcomes and supports personnel in a variety of roles and situations throughout the school year. They take care of our students, so we take care of them.
