Graduate and early-career Primary and Secondary teachers, mentors, and APs supporting induction who want a practical, confidence-building toolkit for 2026

Start strong, teach with clarity, and thrive. Launchpad 2026 is an positive, evidence-informed workshop that gives early-career teachers the essentials to run calm classrooms, design purposeful learning, and assess with confidence—aligned to the Australian/Victorian Curriculum 2.0.

We cut through the noise and focus on what works: building positive relationships and consistent routines; lesson design via Explicit Teaching/GRR; practical differentiation (pre-assessment, small tweaks, high-challenge tasks); active learning that actually deepens understanding; and assessment that feeds learning forward (clear success criteria, formative checks, and efficient task rubrics).
