Dr Knight, a research associate at the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning, has spent more than two decades studying professional learning and instructional coaching, and his practical, research-based approach has shaped coaching practice in schools worldwide. Over five full days, participants engage with the key frameworks, skills, and tools of effective instructional coaching, including partnership principles, the Impact Cycle, and strategies for classroom observation and feedback.
