Developed by the world's first graduate school devoted entirely to restorative practices, this training equips educators, school administrators, and justice professionals with a structured process for bringing together those who have been harmed, those responsible for the harm, and their respective communities of care to collectively address the impact of an incident and determine how to move forward. The two-day training covers the theoretical foundations of restorative justice conferencing alongside extensive practical application, including five to six role-playing experiences in the in-person format that allow participants to practise conference facilitation in realistic scenarios.
