BAISD Think BIG virtual workshop

The SRPC Training Think BIG virtual workshop, hosted in partnership with BAISD (Bay-Arenac ISD), equips educators and school communities with practical strategies rooted in restorative practices to promote student success. Led by expert facilitator Roy Burton, the Think Big & Be Smart 4R Students workshop provides an interactive, evidence-based professional learning experience that helps participants understand how restorative approaches can transform school culture, strengthen relationships, and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. This IACET-accredited virtual workshop combines research-based content with real-world scenarios and interactive activities, making complex restorative concepts accessible and immediately applicable. Participants earn recognised Continuing Education Units (CEUs) while developing skills in building positive school climates, addressing behavioural challenges constructively, and fostering the kind of supportive learning environments where all students can thrive.
