The University of Waikato's Professional Development Campus Tours continue through mid-to-late October 2026, with sessions on Fridays 16, 23, and 30 October. These one-hour tours (1:00pm–2:00pm) continue to provide educators and careers advisors with regular opportunities to visit the university's Hamilton campus and stay informed about programme offerings for their students. As the school year progresses and students begin making decisions about tertiary study, these later-in-the-year campus tours are particularly timely for careers advisors and teachers guiding Year 12 and 13 students through their post-secondary planning. Each session covers the university's programme offerings, student support services, entry requirements, and scholarship opportunities, with faculty and admissions staff available for questions.
