Waterford.org provides evidence-based early learning programmes and professional development designed to ensure every child has equitable access to high-quality learning experiences in reading, mathematics, and science. Their personalised, adaptive curriculum for PreK–2 learners engages young students through explicit instruction, interactive activities, songs, stories, and characters that make foundational learning engaging and effective. Waterford's professional development programme equips educators and families with the knowledge, skills, and resources to support early literacy and mathematics development. Customised learning plans are created through a needs analysis process and incorporate the latest in reading science and learning research, delivered by experienced educators skilled in early learning and family engagement. Training is available virtually, on-site, or through a hybrid model to meet schools' varying needs. The reading curriculum addresses six essential skills: phonological awareness, phonics, reading fluency, reading comprehension and vocabulary, language concepts, and communication. Waterford.org also offers Waterford Upstart, a programme that provides tailored early learning lessons directly to families, extending the reach of quality early education beyond the classroom.
