Grant funding is an increasingly important tool for schools seeking to expand studentsā opportunities in science, STEM, and CTE fields. Teachers often have creative ideas that could transform classrooms and benefit students, but turning those ideas into funded projects can feel overwhelming without the right support. Grant writing is rarely part of a teacherās training, and time, paperwork, and unclear processes can quickly become barriers.
This edWebinar is designed for school and district administrators who want to create systems that empower teachers and increase science, STEM, and CTE grant success. The session emphasizes the critical leadership role administrators play in fostering a culture of innovation, aligning grant efforts with school and district goals, and removing common barriers such as unclear approval processes and limited access to data or budgeting support.
Administrators will leave with realistic strategies they can implement immediately to help teachers feel supported, confident, and successful in pursuing grants. This edWebinar will be of interest to K-12 school and district administrators, science supervisors, STEM directors, and CTE directors.
