Dr. Elise Frattura and Dr. Colleen Capper are nationally recognised scholars in educational equity and inclusive education. Both are professors whose combined research spans decades of work on integrated service delivery, organisational change, and dismantling inequitable school structures. They are co-authors of Leading for Social Justice and the ICS framework that has been implemented in hundreds of school districts across the United States.
