Dr. Lauren Cook is a licensed clinical psychologist, speaker, and author who trained at UCLA, USC, and Pepperdine University. She is the creator of the Name Your Story mental health curriculum and author of Generation Anxiety. She has spoken at campuses nationwide through CAMPUSPEAK for over five years, specialising in making mental health education accessible across diverse identities.
