Melissa Lafayette

Melissa Lafayette is the Director of Partner Development at Hatching Results and a Ph.D. student in Counselor Education at The Ohio State University. She is a former district-level lead school counsellor in Riverside County, California, where she oversaw comprehensive, data-driven school counselling programs. Lafayette previously served as an adjunct faculty member at San Diego State University, teaching graduate students in counsellor education.
