Changing our practice to include all our pupils

We will explore a range of resources and strategies to provide an inclusive classroom environment for our pupils. We will consider the diversity of our classroom setting and how we can best motivate, include, challenge and provide learning opportunities so that all of our pupils, particularly our SEND pupils can access and hopefully make progress within a lesson. Having worked with lots of SEND pupils and EAL pupils and now working with a range of SEND schools, I have worked on my own practise and also seen improvements within these schools, which I would like to share. Outcomes: Colleagues should leave the session with a few ideas that they can try in their classroom. Colleagues will hopefully have been introduced to a different mindset when planning lessons
