Teaching primary science outdoors

A practical session which will involve some time spent outdoors. We will consider how to plan, teach and assess curriculum objectives outdoors. You will gain confidence in planning and teaching outdoor science lessons as well as some practical ideas. Outcomes: - To be able to plan to cover disciplinary knowledge objectives outdoors - to be able to plan to cover substantive knowledge objectives outdoors - to have a greater understanding of assessment outdoors
