Part of CATCA 2026
Thursday 19 February 2026·9:20 pm
Sue will share a simple, effective, and easy-to-remember approach to high emotions that will radically improve your interactions with students, colleagues, family and friends. Sue was taught this skill by Dr. Adele Lafrance and credits it with transforming her family dynamic and helping her assist her daughter's recovery from anorexia. In classrooms, Sue has used this same approach with pre-K to grade 9 students, in a variety of settings and situations. In these dynamic and complex times, emotional processing and regulation is a skill that every student needs to acquire.
