Building Community Through Art + History

Community is everywhere. We join it every time we go to a hockey game, sign up for a club, see a play, or even just go for groceries. Through community, we grow meaningful relationships with both others and ourselves. In this session, we'll explore how the Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery uses art + history to build community across a variety of demographics, and how you can encourage this spark in your students through fun and engaging activities.
