Building Student Self-Efficacy: Fostering Resilience and Growth
Subtitle: Practical strategies to cultivate agency, resilience, and measurable progress Empowered learners believe they can succeed—and act on that belief. This interactive workshop translates the research on self-efficacy into daily classroom strategies that build confidence, resilience, and agency. Participants will explore Bandura’s four sources of efficacy—mastery, modeling, encouragement, and emotional regulation—and learn how to embed them through growth-mindset language, goal setting, and reflective practice. Practical tools like feedback templates, goal trackers, and “power of yet” routines make progress visible and meaningful. You’ll leave with a clear framework and ready-to-use resources to cultivate students’ persistence, independence, and optimism—skills essential for lifelong learning and well-being.
