Mathology (Gr 7-9)

New Curriculum, eh? Research tells us that a coherent, consistent resource helps students better achieve the outcomes we are aiming at. Mathology is an open, editable framework of lessons, activities, proven pedagogies, activities and assessments that can be used out-of-the-box, or combined flexibly with your own favourite activities, with a consistent framework across grades 1-9. (Teachers have access to all grades for review, intervention, or extension.) Built around the K-9 Learning Progression developed at the U of A by Dr Lynne McGarvey, Pearson's Mathology is a one-stop, integrated resource that aims to transform the way students approach and engage with math, fostering a deeper appreciation and mastery of key concepts.
