Making Aspen ACCESS Reports Meaningful

This session will guide participants in transforming ACCESS reports in Aspen into meaningful, actionable data that supports instructional decision-making. Participants will learn how to use Google Sheets functions to clean and organize ACCESS data, identify trends, and group students for targeted language support aligned with WIDA Can-Do Descriptors. Through practical examples, educators will explore strategies for using processed data to inform differentiated instruction and curricular planning for multilingual learners across grade levels. Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Grade Levels: Pre-K, K–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12
