This session will share current research data and content related to cell phone use and cell phone habits of today's youth. As educators, we deal with students and technology daily, but do we have the tools and knowledge on how smart devices are really affecting our students? Ideas, strategies, and practical suggestions will be offered to all attendees on how to work with students and be aware of the harms that smartphone overuse can have on today's learners.
