Increasing Student Engagement in Physical Education

This session will share research and current data on the direction physical education is heading, and what teachers must do to keep their students engaged and motivated within a quality physical education program. Topics such as physical literacy, teaching games for understanding, and appropriate assessment practices will be used to guide discussions about student engagement and quality PE programming.
