This professional development session is designed for school administrators, team leads or social committee members who want to explore strategies for enhancing staff morale through engaging games and friendly, competitive activities. Participants will learn about a variety of no/low-cost, easy-to-implement games and activities that can be integrated into regular school days, staff meetings, or professional development days. These activities are aimed at promoting camaraderie, reducing stress, and strengthening team dynamics. Templates for activities will be provided so you can start using these strategies right away!
