Restorative Discipline: Connect and Redirect : Good from Bad

Schools are full of conflict daily. The more staff are equipped to work with students instead of reacting to them, the better. When problems arise, ideally we can respond in a restorative (high caring and high expectations) way that teaches students and helps create the positive change required to make things better. Participants will learn about Restorative Resets (alternate to suspension) and Repairs (Restorative Action) that help students identify the harm done so they can have the opportunity to work together and repair the damage.
