C-5: Small but Mighty: Facilitating Honest Conversations About the Joys and Challenges of ECFE and Early Childhood Programming in Rural and Small School Districts

Facilitated by licensed parent and early childhood educators and a program coordinator who has done all of the roles, this interactive session invites honest conversation about the joys and challenges of ECFE and early childhood programming in small and rural districts. Participants will share experiences, explore solutions, and leave with practical strategies and peer connections.
