Resilience: The Pre-requisite for Positive Mental Health and Student Success

Referencing a 2022 longitudinal study by Kayla Brill, Claire McGuinness, and David Nordstokke, which found significant improvements in student resilience, self-esteem, and psychological flourishing through structured SEL experiences, we'll discuss why resilience isn't a byproduct of success, it's a prerequisite. you'll leave with strategies to integrate resilience-building into your classroom, creating real pathways for student success both academically and personally.
