SHUFFLING INTO MATH - PRIMARY CARD GAMES

Come prepared to rock and roll with games that incorporate the use of our student's favorite types of dice. Unique multi-sided dice engage students, and allow you to differentiate activities to meet the needs of all - perfect for whole class, small group or centers. So welcome to the "dice buffet" where you will get to sample and learn games for operations, graphing, place value and more. Session Objectives: 1. May teachers have dice sitting on their shelves, not being used. This session will directly teach participants activities that can be incorporated into their math programs. 2. Participants will learn how to differentiate activities to meet the wide range of students in their classrooms 3. Teachers will learn how to take work samples from game play for assessment purposes.
