This hands-on workshop promotes best practices by modeling inclusive, student-centered art instruction rooted in collaboration, choice, and contemporary artistic practices. Participants will collaborate to create layered paintings with defined rules and constraints. As artists and educators, workshop attendees will experience shared authorship, creative risk taking, and relinquishing control. THIS IS A TICKETED SESSION.
