(TICKET REQUIRED) National Museum of Mexican Art Docent-Led Tour

Visit the National Museum of Mexican Art, which stands out as the most prominent first-voice institution for Mexican art and culture in the United States. Located in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood, just south and west of Chicago’s downtown, the museum is home to one of the country’s largest Mexican art collections, including more than 22,000 seminal pieces dating from ancient times to the present. During your visit, you will receive a docent-led tour of the anchor exhibition, Nuestras Historias: Stories of Mexican Identity, as well as learn more about the educational offerings at the museum, including both online and on-site resources. You will also have time to visit other exhibitions at the museum, visit the gift shop, and explore neighboring shops and restaurants. Transportation is included for this off-site workshop experience.
