Geared towards Foods 20 and Foods 30 teachers, this session will cover a variety of outcomes in different foods modules including International Cuisine and would be adaptable to CTF classes. We will deep fry spring rolls on a stove top, pan fry pot stickers and learn to make green onion cakes.
