Making Reading Visible in ELA 7-12

This session provides practical instructional techniques and learning strategies that help to make student thinking visible before, during and after reading. Participants will explore: -- Think-alouds and graphic organizers -- Collaborative discussion protocols -- Formative assessment tools, including Pearson’s Literacy Success Assessment tool (Grades 7-10)
