STARRY NIGHT PERFORMANCE

Part of NCTCA 2026
Thursday 5 February 2026·6:30 pm

Starry Night is a play that tell the story about someone living with Schizophrenia and the struggles that one may go through. It was written by those living with the illness and loved one that were affected by it. It is a truthful portrayal of what is to live with the illness. The wonderful thing about the play is that it is performed by those living with the illness. It is an open book performance and is low barrier; no set, no lighting. Many have walked away from the performance with a better understanding about the illness and more compassion to those that are living with the illness.
