Wow! I have an EA - now what?

As a teacher, it is a help to have an EA in the classroom with you, but managing another adult in the room requires some skill, knowledge and planning to ensure the effectiveness of this valuable resource. This session helps to outline some of these particular areas with practical suggestions. This is especially effective for newer teachers to the profession that may have little to no experience with EAs in their classroom (but can also benefit from more seasoned teachers as well).
