Art in Technology
Part of NCTIES 2026
Thursday 5 March 2026·3:30 pm
Students will demonstrate how technology can be a powerful tool for creative expression by showcasing original artwork enhanced with coding and circuitry. Using Makey Makeys and Scratch programming, students will transform their art into interactive experiences. For example, a hand-drawn or painted piece might come to life with sound effects, animations, or music when touched through Makey Makey circuits. This hands-on showcase highlights how students can use coding not just as a technical skill, but as a medium for artistic storytelling.
