Coaching New Teachers in the Age of AI
Part of NCTIES 2026
Thursday 5 March 2026·8:15 pm
New teachers often struggle with feedback overload, lesson planning, and balancing instructional expectations. This session explores how school leaders can use AI to provide more personalized, timely, and equitable coaching. Participants will see practical examples of using AI for observation feedback, planning supports, and professional learning, without replacing the human connection that mentoring requires. Attendees will leave with strategies to integrate AI into their coaching practices to better support teacher growth, retention, and resilience.
