Future's So Bright - Our 15-Minute City

Our students are taking a blast from the past to design the cities of the future! Drawing inspiration from ‘80’s aesthetics and themes of connectivity and localism, our students present Future’s So Bright - Our 15-Minute City. Students will use technology to reimagine a local neighborhood, transforming it into a fully functional 15-Minute City, where all essential services (groceries, school, healthcare, parks, etc.) are accessible within a short 15-minute walk or bike ride. Students will present a model of their city and The Neon Newscast - a promotional video to sell the vision of their 15-Minute City. Don’t Stop Believin’ in the power of student innovation! This project is a change to show how technology can take us to the future, one neighborhood at a time.
