Gettin’ Jiggy with Origami! Discovering fly ways to fold origami across the curriculum and throughout our daily lives!

Get ready to fold, create, and connect! For this workshop, participants will talk with their hands instead of to the hand and will learn multiple ways to incorporate origami into everyday activities. These activities range from the core subjects of Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA to the extra-curricular subjects of Art and Theatre to more daily practices of Mindfulness and Coping Skills. In addition to folding and taking home various origami models, participants will receive several accompanying lesson plans, links to online origami tutorials, and other funky fresh implementation ideas.
