If There’s a Problem, Yo—We’ll Solve It: Stop, Collaborate & Listen to Teacher Voice

Teacher surveys and feedback forms after a professional development session often get collected but not always transformed into meaningful action. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to use teacher voice data to strengthen coaching, professional development, and school support systems. Using a simple three-part framework (Stop, Collaborate, and Listen) attendees will engage in hands-on activities with authentic teacher feedback artifacts, practice collaborative problem-solving using digital tools, and explore strategies for listening deeply to uncover what teachers truly need. Participants will leave with practical templates, tech-integrated strategies, and a clear approach for making teacher voice central in their context.
