Innovation on Ice: Circuits, Engineering, and Olympic Design

This showcase invites participants to step into the role of Olympic engineers and inventors. Students will share interactive designs built with Makey Makey and micro:bit circuit boards. Participants will get to test student-created hockey nets that cheer when a goal is scored, try digital scoreboards programmed with micro:bits, and experiment with light-up Olympic torches. They’ll explore how circuits, coding, and creative design come together to bring Olympic energy to life.
