Part of NCTIES 2026
Friday 6 March 2026·2:00 pm
What if every student had a “book whisperer” at their fingertips? This session shares how one middle school library developed Saga Seeker, an AI-powered chatbot that connects students with high-interest, culturally responsive books. Participants will see how AI can be used safely and ethically to foster student voice, boost circulation, and create more equitable access to reading. Attendees will leave with practical steps for designing or adapting their own AI-driven tools to spark joy in reading and empower learners.
