Score Victories with Fast and Curious: A Retrieval Practice EduProtocol for Everyone!

This session will present Fast and Curious, an engaging EduProtocol that supports student learning through repetition, structure, and a serious dash of fun. This strategy works well for students; it increases vocabulary and factual knowledge through repetition and keeps their interest through gamification. The protocol and retrieval practice rationale will be shared, and participants will gain real-time experience as they jump into the student role, join a game, and experience vocabulary growth for themselves. Participants will leave with a working knowledge of the Fast and Curious protocol, and access will be provided to a slideshow with information, templates, and presenter contact information.
