Join the Calgary Stampede’s Education and Sustainability teams for a hands-on planting session that explores how simple classroom projects can spark conversations about sustainability, food systems, and student-led action. Enjoy a sustainable snack and leave with practical ideas, planting resources, and inspiration to grow environmental learning, stewardship, and real-world connections in your classroom. Discover how these experiences can engage students in meaningful, curriculum-linked action. You will not need to display it in your vehicle.  If you have any issues with this process, please DO NOT PAY for parking. Instead, let a staff member at the session know, and we will enter your license plate for you. Note: If you pay for parking, we are not able to issue a refund.   A staff member will be waiting at the front door of the Nutrien Western Event Centre to let you in and direct you from there.   You may wish to bring a journal to this session to record your learnings.
