Medicine Hat College - Tour of the Trades

Session 1  Explore & Learn about trades Room: T124 Teachers are invited to take part in an informative and hands on trades session designed to spark curiosity and build confidence in bringing skilled trade opportunities into the classroom. The first part of this session will include a presentation where you will learn all about skilled trades in Alberta and the programs available to your students. After that you will take part in some hands-on activities in electrical and plumbing. By participating, you’ll gain practical ideas you can use with students right away and deepen your understanding of pathways that lead to high demand, well paid careers.
