Smart, Strong, and Silenced? How sexism shows up in schools & what we can do about it

In this session we will explore how sexism manifests in classrooms and school systems. Participants will be asked to reflect on their own experiences and biases, learn evidence-based strategies to identify and address gender bias, and leave with actionable ideas for more equitable classrooms.
