Theory-Informed Practice: Understanding, Observing, and Designing Experiences for Young Learners

In this session participants will explore how theoretical frameworks inform practitioners" and educators' image of the child, observations of the child, and ultimately the pedagogical experiences they choose to curated in their classrooms. The introduction to developmental cascades and the accompanying tool will be provided along with hands on experience aimed at improving practice and quality of education for all young children.
