Boosting Communication Confidence in Health Class

Do you want to increase conversation and engagement in health class? Encouraging verbal participation is key to developing communication skills, critical thinking, and personal advocacy. This interactive session will explore strategies to engage students in meaningful discussions, including the use of talking cue cards, scenario-based activities, and refusal skills practice. Participants will leave with practical tools and tips to create a classroom environment where students feel comfortable and confident expressing their thoughts. Be ready to participate and take home activities you can incorporate immediately!
